A resident on Tuesday found a body part of a woman stuffed in a sack and dumped near his kiosk in Kayole, Nairobi.
Police have linked the torso to the hands, head and legs that were found in a plastic bag on Monday near Fadhili Primary School in Umoja II Estate.
The owner of the kiosk, located near Bee centre on Kayole’s Spine Road, said he found the body part at 10.30 a.m and reported the matter to the police.
Mr Haroun Mbaka said he saw a sack next to his kiosk and decided to open it.
“There was a black plastic bag and when I cut it open, I saw a human body part,” he said.
Buru Buru DCIO Jeremiah Ikiao said they have not yet identified the woman.
The body part was taken to City Mortuary.
